Adams Exteriors - Home Windows has always been a unique company. Our "No Pressure" sales practices have always been noticed and appreciated by our customers but now we are taking it to a new level. We at Adams Exteriors proudly announce that after three generations at the top of DFW's 'Window and Siding' industry, we are completely and 100% WITHOUT a sales staff! Now, this doesn't mean that we are not willing to compete - we are. However, we are NOT willing to call and badger our potential customers day after day or present slick "smoke and mirrors" sales pitches. We are not willing to offer "Sign Now" (too good to be true) deals or "Call and ask our manager" pricing. Here is how it works:

Our Estimates are provided by Expeditors who are 100% committed to making sure that your project runs smoothly. They arrive on time for the appointment to take measurements and show each potential customer the window that they think best fits the project. They can give information and answer questions but they will not ask for a signature and they will not expect a signed contract. Our Expeditors do not make more money if you sign today - they are vested in the company and paid a Salary. If there are any questions that they can not answer, the office is here to help and provide any needed literature.

Once the contract is agreed to, it is the Expeditors job to make sure that all windows are ordered correctly, built to specifications and delivered safely to the job. The Expeditor coordinates with the customer and installer to schedule a date for installation and he also checks the finished product for issues. It is his responsibility to ensure that each customer is happy and becomes an advertisement for Adams Exteriors - Home Windows. With all of this being said, please understand that WE WANT YOUR WORK! Please let us know what we have to do to earn it. We want to compete but we want to do it in a way that is comfortable for our customers.
