Will we need to repair wood or brick after our vinyl windows are installed?

Almost never. Our installation crews are trained to remove existing and install new windows without disturbing the interior wall or the exterior brick/wood. However, in cases like previously water damaged sheetrock or rotten exterior wood, we can not prevent further damage caused by removing the support of the old windows. We are usually able to anticipate these situations before we begin the project. In those rare cases, some repair would need to be done once we’ve finished… or we could include that work into our estimate.
