Frisco permits
These answers come from the City of Frisco’s residential permits page.
Do I need a permit to replace my roof in Frisco?
Yes, and a same-material roof qualifies for a self-service permit.
Details: Frisco’s self-service permits give immediate access for replacing a roof with the same material, and for doors, windows, water heaters and heating and cooling systems. Fences, additions and alterations go through electronic plan review instead.
