How window replacement works with us

We measure your windows from the outside, which usually takes about 5 minutes, and send a written estimate within 24 hours listing the brand, series, color and grid options for each window. Our jobs have used Vistamark Endura, Simonton 5500 and Home Craftsman, and Alside Mezzo windows, with white, almond, clay, sage and black frames.

Permit rules for windows differ a lot across the area. Carrollton doesn’t require a permit for a same-size swap. Denton and Fort Worth require one for every replacement, and Denton’s energy code calls for a U-factor of 0.32 or lower and an SHGC of 0.25 or lower. In historic districts like Fairmount in Fort Worth, vinyl windows aren’t allowed where they can be seen from the street.
